How to make Besan Ladoo Recipe - Besan Laddu by Jyoti Sachdeva .
They are often served at festive or religious occasions such as Raksha Bandhan and Diwali .
 Originally this laddu was a north indian sweet, but it is now popular throughout South Asia.
Besan is roasted in ghee till golden brown appearance with nutty fragrance. Laddu is considered a traditional Eid dessert in some Muslim communities.

Ingredients :-

200 gms - besan or Gram Flour 
100 gms - Ghee 
100 gms - Boora or Powdered sugar 
1/4 tsp - Cardamom Powder or Elaichi Powder 
10-15 chopped Cashew Nuts
